Commissions.
When you commission a piece of art, you get to showcase that special landscape or animal that is unique to you. It could be that special mountain peak you see from your bedroom window, the epic backpacking trip you did last summer, or the familiar young elk that frequents your yard, these special moments deserve to be captured.
Unsure how a commission works? I’ve laid out some basic steps for what this would look like:
-
We discuss the details of the painting required, ie: size, concept, and image specifics. We can either meet up locally in Squamish BC, through email, or video call. Rough details of the completion date, costs, etc., will also be covered.
-
Reference photos established and rough design confirmed. At this point a 50% deposit will be obtained. Feedback can be requested during the progress of the painting and changes can be made accordingly. Contact will be kept throughout the process.
-
Once completed, the painting is then photographed for my personal collection and records. Detailed photos will be sent to you to view prior to delivery.
Paintings are either packaged and couriered to you or I can deliver the painting, depending on your location. The balance of payment is paid and payable on delivery or before the painting is couriered to you. The customer covers the shipping costs.
-
The painting is now yours forever! Hang it on your wall, show your friends and appreciate the scene that is so special and unique to you.
